1. In-Office Whitening with the Zoom light is the most popular, dramatic, and rapid way to whiten your teeth. A light-activated gel is applied and the Zoom light is directed at the anterior teeth for three 20-minute intervals. For patient comfort and safety, the teeth are isolated from the surrounding gums, cheeks, and lips, and the entire process requires about 2 hours. 2. Custom Whitening Trays made specifically for the teeth are a very efficient and comfortable alternative for the person who wishes to do their whitening at home. A whitening gel is placed in the trays which are then inserted in the mouth overnight. A change in tooth color normally occurs within 1-2 weeks.
   
   
3. Whitening Strips are the simplest and most inexpensive method to whiten your teeth. Plastic strips containing a concentrated whitening agent are placed over the teeth for 30 minute intervals several times a day. Significant lightening normally occurs in 2-3 weeks.
